Yes, I’m a director now.
No longer an assistant, no – a full fledged director.
I won’t say it wasn’t in the air, because it was. Has been for some time perhaps. After the last summer season – which was a test I passed.
And now…
Now I’m a director. I’m in the Company’s “Directors” chat (there are three of us). I take part in meetings. I work on collaborative projects. I work on my own projects.
And I have so much to learn yet, and to experiment, and to find out by trial and error. It’s a little terrifying, and quite, quite thrilling, and a dream come true… and I’m immensely happy.
Rejoice with me, o Readers: I’m a director now.
